We're looking for curious, passionate people who want to build something new at the intersection of culture, language, and technology. No perfect resumes needed—just genuine interest and willingness to learn.
Eclectic.CO is not a traditional company or lab. We're building something that doesn't quite exist yet—a space where cultural education meets research meets creative production.
I'm looking for people who are comfortable with ambiguity, excited by questions without clear answers, and willing to figure things out together. You don't need to have experience in cultural education or language teaching. You need to be curious, reliable, and kind.

Operations
Run weekly sessions, coordinate teachers, collect data, and keep projects moving.
Research
Observe, document, prototype, and work on your own projects while learning.

Visual design for the company and projects—slides, posters, UI, brand.

Content creation, video editing, social media management, storytelling.
Research Lab
Graduate
Conducting research in cultural pedagogy, autoethnography, interactive media, or language learning design.
Undergraduate
Gain research experience while contributing to real projects. Perfect for students interested in cultural education or HCI.
High School
Early exposure to research and startup work. Summer or part-time opportunities for motivated high school students.
Creator
Content creators who want support. We help with ideas, consulting, sponsorships, and mental wellness. You create—we support.
Questions
No. We value curiosity and willingness to learn over specific experience. If you're interested in culture, language, design, research, or building things—you're qualified to apply.
It depends on the role and our current stage. Some positions are volunteer/learning-based, some are paid. We'll be transparent about this in our conversations.
Yes, most roles can be done remotely. Some in-person collaboration in Japan may be beneficial but not required.

English is the working language. Indonesian or Japanese is a plus but not required for most roles.
