About Eclectic.CO Laboratory

Eclectic.CO Laboratory is directed by Mughni and founded within his time in Keio University.

Our lab develops research-engineered approaches to cultural language education, combining insights from sociocultural theory, game-based learning, and interactive media design. Our work explores how immersive cultural experiences—mediated in the tasks used in language teaching and learning—can transform the way people teach & learn languages and understand cultures.

Our work is founded and directed by the Principle Investigator (PI) of Eclectic.CO Laboratory, a Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholar. In addition, we are generously supported by Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Japan, Keio University Innovation Village, Keio Mita Club Young Academy.
